You may return most new items sold and fulfilled by secogear.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Merchandise must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories.

We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective
iitem, etc.).

Please allow 30 days for us to receive and process your request. We’ll notify you via e-mail once we’ve received and processed the returned item. Enclose the return form (shipped with the packing slip) with merchandise in a well sealed box and return it to us.
